Cocktail bar package at Whitehall?

I've asked my planner for a list of cocktails the bar man can do and she has sent me a list of spirits that the barman will use to make cocktails:

Jim Beam, Cutty Sark, Canadian Club, Myers Platinum, Captain Morgan's, Suaza Gold Tequila, Skyy Vodka, Skyy Citrus & Beefeater Gin.
They will also have Sour Mix, Juice, Soda, Soft Drinks

Can someone please advise me what cocktails you can make out of these?!?! It seems like more of a spirits bar than a cocktail one! We can't even make a cosmopolitan as that requires cointreau....
