CO2 help

I was going to dry fire my paintball gun just a second ago, and i put the CO2 tank on, cocked the gun, then nothing, no CO2 was coming out. I screwed it in and out 3-4 times and then I heard air leaking, not much just a bit. I stuck the 9 OZ CO2 tank in a metal tool box and left. What should i do?

Nothing, leave it alone and check it it the morning spray soap around it and check for leaks

Thanks. I think it was the pin getting stuck halfway. I will probably just get a new one because this one was way to small anyway.
