Did any of you have trouble getting you kit or membership? Im on round two of trying to get it. Seems the first kit was lost by DHL and now my christmas present is being re-sent. TDS.com has been great helping us just wondering if this isn't the first time this has happened.

I decided not to have it shipped here as they wanted to charge 30 bucks to ship it We will be down at DL in April so I am going to do my usual order and have it shipped to the hotel. It will be interesting to hear how this turns out sorry you are having so much trouble.

Just so you know the shipping for the membership kit doesn't just cover that it also covers the cost for the magazine too.

Well the membership card showed up today via Fed ex but I still don't have the rest of the stuff.
So my christmas present should hopefully be here, sometime in Febuary it looks like.

The member ship card is sent out separate from everything else. The certificate and any gift they send will come with the magazine.

Yes, we knew that, but this is the second attempt at delivering it here. The first ones were lost by DHL. My husband ordered this for me for a christmas present on Dec 15th. He knew it wouldnt be there for Christmas but its starting to look like it won't be here for Valentines day either.

That's odd as every thing I've gotten from D23 comes in the regular mail.

i hope you get your stuff soon. I was wondering how do you find out about D23 for canadians?

Just go to the D23 website there is no difference in anything from the US version except shipping is higher to Canada. Probably to cover any customs duty and or taxes (GST/ PST/ HST)
