We are just back from wdw for the 1st time. I had bought several
souvenirs for our dd and ds to surprise them in the room. My dh took the kids to the pool we got to the hotel and I made up their gift bags. When the kids got back I rushed them out of the room and we went to eat. Got back to the room and there was a huge gift bag for each child! They were so thrilled! It kept them busy for hours. My dd got a small beanie Minnie and she had to take her to every park with us, well she laid her down in a gift shop to take a picture od a troll and then walked away. We didn't notice Minnie missing for at least an hour and dd was very upset. We went to lost and found immediately and reported it, but no one had turned her in. So on a whim we headed back to the gift shop, all the time I was hitting every shop looking for a replacement( in secret) and finding none exactly like her, we got to the gift shop and dd remembered where she had left Minnie. But she was gone.... I went to the register to talk to the CM and dd screamed "There she is!!! Minnie was sitting beside the register just waiting for us!!! The CM had a big smile on her face and handed her to my dd. Happy ending to an awful story. Also my dd has a princess dress she was given ( bought at a yard sale by her aunt for 50 cents), that she insisted on taking and wearing to MK. We walked into MK and the 1st CM we saw bowed and said "Your Majesty, how may I help you?" Thrilled my dd to death and we got Cruella DeVille's auto graph, She said to dd "I know someone looking for you,Snow White and she's not happy... And we both know who is the fairest of them all don't we? ME!!! and she gave her an evil laugh!!!! My dd will remember that for ever... you can't tell me these CM's don't enjoy their jobs. God Bless them for making a kids and their parents feel special....
