I have been at both IOA & the Studios since Friday and all I can say is boy....the majority of the guests towards the end of the night do not follow directions! When they are on a line for a ride, they get up to where they are told to stand while waiting to be seated, after the gates (or what ever have you) open up, they decide to switch seats around and cause all sorts of confusion for the CM's as well as other guests. I had even witnessed one family on Cat In The Hat even trying to change cars!!! You see guests that do not follow directions about placing bags in lockers for the Hulk, DD, MIB.. then they have the nerve to argue with some of the CM's. I do not know if it was just me picking up on this or what. These CM's all deserve a medal for keeping their cool and not blowing up at some point. It seems it happened more at night than during the day.. not sure if guests just did not care at that point or what...

To all you Universal CM's out there... you are all doing a great job!! You keep smiling while grinding your teeth ;) I sure hope your supervisors see what they have in you :thumbsup2 I commend you :goodvibes

To the guest that are doing things like this...well... I really doubt any here would be doing it.. so I do not have to say anything :goodvibes

I think the TM's should be issued tasers and if someone gets out of line...ZAP! I know I wish I had one at Animal Kingdom yesterday! :rolleyes1

I think the TMs are top notch at Universal.I get a little peeved when I read those threads saying that Universal empoyees are not as good as Disney especially when several of them are employeed by both companies.I found disney employees friendly but more rigid and like they were reading from Que cards than the more laid back and enjoyable Universal employees.

You should see it in the middle of the day (12-5) when it's hot, humid, nasty, Express is oversold, the regular lines are 75-90 mins, Express is 30+ mins, and singles is 30-45 mins.

Yet somehow cool can be maintained. Especially since I'm cool as ice. :goodvibes :cool2: :rolleyes1

I fully agree, and I think that locals who know where they're going/what they're doing should be allowed to carry them too. I have a somewhat effective substitute...I carry a large water bottle with the pointy neck aimed out. Great for the idiots who walk backwards right at you. You should see 'em jump when they walk right into that point and get a good jab in the small of their back. It's also effective on small children who get into your personal space and are at risk of stomping on your feet. Just hold it in a strategic position and watch them punish themselves.
