Sorry you guys miss the lagoon...but I LOVE the Hundred Acre crew and I'm glad it's a playground for the little tikes. Good idea since there is the new adventures of Pooh now with Darby and Buster. Pooh is there for EVERY generation. I remember listening to the stories on albums (LPs). I still have my first Pooh Bear.......aw, I should go cuddle him right now!

Anyway, one of our favorite out the way places was Aunt Polly's Dockside Inn. I wonder why they got rid of it? They had little lunch bags with PBJs for the kids. Nice little nook off the beaten path.....

I welcome them having a Pooh themed playground somewhere near there. My kids enjoy the playland will love to meet Darby as well, but I don't think it was a fair swap to remove a classic attraction like the subs and replace it with dirt and a small play area. If DL had done that they wouldn't have the cool new Nemo Subs attraction.

Okay, when I created my own cat-o-tar, that was the first one I'd ever done. Over my fun experience of doing them for others, I think there's been some improvement in my technique. So here's the question:

-Should I keep my original cat-o-tar, since it's the original, or should I do a "new and improved version" that might look a little better?

In the big scheme of things, it doesn't matter, but I'd be interested in hearing anyone's views on this hot topic!

Sure Karrie, I'll try to do a cat-o-tar from your video. I can do a yellow background, but prob not a blue bird or musical notes. I'm not talented enought for the bluebird, and I care too much about my best friend Ann to attempt any kind of music!

Go for continuous improvement. Yours is the showcase that will "sell" all the others. You can always put your original in your signature, and/or keep it in your gallery. If you are having fun doing them, keep it going!

Oh My! I just got home form work and was catching up and I have to tell you I stared at that picture and it finally hit me WHO it was! I knew they looked familiar!

Oh, I so miss that. Everytime I pass that stroller parking, it sets my teeth on edge!

I miss the Skyway! My daughter misses the Skyway and she has never been on it. She has seen it on Youtube also. Everytime we are in Fantasyland and she sees the stairs leading up to the old Skyway platform she starts balling. I kid you not! Big tears and sobs longing for the skyway agian. She's even been to city hall and complained that there is no skyway any more. Remember she is only 4.

Okay... I hate to abandon you on this thread, Fairy GMother, but I really should get some Zzzzzzs.

DS2 gets up a lot earlier than I'd like. 'Seems I awaken each morning to him peering into my face... He has mastered the art of escaping from his crib, so we recently converted it onto a toddler bed.

(... Just call him 'Lil Houdini! Then again, aren't most kids exceptional escape artists?)
