I loved your news9 story! Over 3 minutes! That's a lot of screen time!
Are you planning a Disneyland Trip anytime soon?

Well, we had been planning to be at WDW in April, but as I have yet to get a call I can assume THAT won't be happening. We will be hitting California in November though. Been a few years since we've done Disneyland during the holidays, plus we get to spend Thanksgiving with my family. Possibly Mousefest this year as well. We've had a table at the Mega Mouse Meet the last 2 years as well as several events so I imagine we'll do the same this year. I'll keep everyone posted on the where and when as I'd love to get together with any of you guys that happen to be in the park the same time I am.

OH, and I have a little CMO project in the works for April. If you made a CMO video, weather you moved on in the contest or not PM me right away.

Wow, just found out that my 2003 Honda Odyssey with 60,000 miles has a failing transmission. $3,200 to fix it...not sure where that is coming from. Any CMO's out there that can make my dreams come true? :)

Hey gang . . . another brief visit in the midst of a crazy day . . .

Speaking of crazy days, here's a little taste of uncoordinated insanity that is my life... I work as a music director at a church and on Easter Sunday I was conducting our choir and orchestra before the first service when I threw a very big cue (you have to understand - not that it's a stretch to imagine - that I am a very "animated" director. I have a lot of enthusiasm and I tend to really get into the music when I'm conducting) with my left hand and I felt something pop. After realizing I was in a lot of pain I found some advil and iced down my shoulder in between services. I paid a visit to the doctor yesterday and now have an MRI scheduled for Friday because they think there is a chance I tore my rotator cuff. Seriously. No, I wasn't pitching during spring training, no I didn't get checked into the boards during a hockey game, no, I wasn't even saving a puppy from the middle of the road . . . I was conducting - in church. Yikes. Hopefully it will make a good story someday though!

Ouch. . . that hurts. I had a '01 Dodge Stratus with over 90,000 miles that the transmission went on back in the fall. The car wasn't worth what it would cost to fix so I ended up with a new car payment a lot sooner than I wanted. What fun!

Unfortunately I still have a car payment. :(

Not sure I can convince a car dealership to pay me what I owe on the car (with a failing transmission).

Kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place now.

Justin -- so unbelievable! Sounds like you are taking it all in good spirits though!

We had a great time in your fair town. We went to the local park where my friend Gordon and his Air Force "We Care Team" built an awesome play fort. It's right in front of the Zoo. We also really enjoyed the old school Drive-in Movie. We saw Horton which shoulda been called "Horton hears a hoot!" It was a great movie. We ate at Red Robin, which was a great burger too.

I was co-chairman for the whole Fort Imagination project, both the original build in 2004, and the rebuild due to arson last fall. Gordon and his guys and gals were hugely instrumental in building the playground.

Anyone have any good used Autotopia cars I can borrow while I get together some BTM needs a new transmission fundraisers?

As a life-long southerner. Born and raised in Bama and lived in Ga, Ok, Tx. I prefer the contraction as y'all ;-)

Ooops! 'Ya know: You're probably right, Kenny!

You + All = Y'all

Hmmmm.... 'Guess that English teacher would "ding" me for more than just word choice! I suppose I should practice my contraction-making skills, too! :rolleyes1

(I am soooo over-thinking this! )

Nah or Naw or Nope!

There is a whole wikipedia article* explaining that while y'all is the main school of thought, there is some possible historical context for using ya'll. Love those Scots-Irish!

And Best Western actually used the ya'll spelling for a major campaign, so it is a regional thing, I bet.

My favorite point in the wikipedia article is the fact that if you are REALLY contracting you all it would be you'll, right?

Anyway, not overthinking, just having fun!!!

*You can't believe everything on wikipedia, but if you want: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y'all

magically turned into Toodles..."Oh Toodles"...and offered Tripp 3 tools in order to help swwake in her request...the 3 tools are.....

(1) a bag of money (to convince the "Jo Bros" to come sing live at Tripp's station); (2) a time machine to transport everyone to the Year 3000 (where I guess not much has changed, but they live underwater) and (3) The Mystery Mousekatool which was a.....

Popping in to say hi and see if there was any news on rumors of the top three. I am nervous that Patrick hasn't gotten a call! After getting to know everyone in here I have so many favorites in the contest, but I really loved Patrick's video. For those of you who haven't heard anything, I'm crossing my fingers for you- I have more than three that I would love to see make it...so I almost don't want to know who will get cut, I don't want to be disappointed again!

So here's to waiting...:snail: :snail:

**Phew!** [DISgeeks recovers from hyperventilating...]

I skipped ahead in the thread and read this phrase, which -- in the context of our anticipated Top-Three announcement -- really sounds ominous! :scared:
Obviously, I hastily backtracked a bit to get the details!

Hey, Justin: I'm relieved to hear that you may have torn your rotator cuff. Ummm... Uhhhh!... That's not quite what I meant to say... :flower3:

Yep! It already is a good story! ;)

**Phew!** again. :faint:

(Soooo, maybe you can petition that English teacher on my behalf?!)
