Hi Team,
I've posted this information in the Country Music thread, but want to be sure everyone sees it!
We are planning a few WISH get-togethers while we are in Nashville, and hope everyone can join in the fun!
Friday - we plan to go the Old Spaghetti Factory for an early supper, getting there before they open at 5PM. If someone has a different recommendation for a place to carb-load please speak up! Otherwise, OSF it is!
Saturday - after we all get our wonderful medals we are planning to do an afternoon Duck Tour. It starts at 3:30 and lasts 50 minutes, hitting the highlights of Nashville. If we register as a group of 10 or more the cost is $12.50 per person. Booking individually the cost is $19.50 per person. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested. I can hold the reservation with my credit card, we pay the day of the tour.
After the tour we are heading to Jack's Barbque, a casual bbq joint. Very laid back, you order at a counter, but with an excellent reputation, and personally recommended by my DS.
After that (are you tired yet?) we are headed to the free concert if the entertainer is any good - otherwise we are playing it by ear.
Please join us in a great time. PM me for my cell phone number in case you want to join the dinner plans last minute, but remember I need to know in advance about the Duck Tour in order to guarantee the group rate (but hopefully will get the owner to agree to add on at a later date - but don't count on it). Wouldn't be a blast to fill the "duck" with WISHers??
