CM Ticket Discounts

Does anyone know what ticket discounts CM receive and can they get them for family?

I know the approximate discount and yes, you can purchase them for family as a gift.

Thanks. I'm not CM. DS is going to work for the summer and is not yet there(still at college). Rest of family is going down in mid-May. Just wondering if the discount is larger than discounts available through other vendors like Undercover Tourist, Ticketmania, etc.

Anyone know?

It depends on what level cast member he is (if he works at the parks or for another disney division). DH works at ABC News, so we get silver passes (like free annual tickets with some limitations for ourselves), but just a small discount on purchases of additional tickets for extended family members.

I have had CM's sign me in for the day and I got a free one day park hopper.

2 yrs ago when my nephew was in the college program the discount wasn't that great about the same as ticketmania through mousesavers but I paid him to get the tickets so as not to dissapoint him he thought he was helping. He did get 2 free passes -I'm not sure how long they were for- but he gave one to his mother and 1 to his girlfriend have to have your priorities right! Things may have changed since then.
(the girl is gone see he should have given it to his Aunt, I'm the one who always took him to Disney)
