CM Thank You's

I had links for some thank you notes for CM's, but all of my bookmarks were lost. Would someone mind posting some if you have any? I had seen some here, and thought that they were a nice idea. My DD said that she would make them for me, but I don't know where to send her to find them. Thanks in advance.

I've never heard of any pre-done letters, but I always have taken the time to make note of the names of CM's that made our trip special (and usually take pics of them with us). When I get home I write a good long letter to Disney mentioning those CM's and what they did to make things memorable. I always sent in copies of the photos too. I just send my letters to operations and I always get a response. Now if there are some pre-done letters where you can fill in the blanks (so to speak), I'd be interested in seeing them as well. Just curious if maybe there is something I should or could include when I write my own.

These are the only such things I've seen. Not really letters, they're referred to an CM Appreciation Certificates. Most of them read like they are coming from a representative of mouse for less, though. I don't know that I'd personally use them (I'd rather write a letter like PP mentioned), but I thought I'd post since I haven't seen any other such links.
