CM letter

I was wondering if anyone has an address for sending letter or a website. We had a great CM travis on our fishing excursion. He did an outstanding job with DD and DS and wanted to thank him and let Disney know.

I was wondering if anyone has an address for sending letter or a website. We had a great CM travis on our fishing excursion. He did an outstanding job with DD and DS and wanted to thank him and let Disney know.

To recognize any CM for having done a terrific job, you can always email wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com and they will make sure that the email gets forwarded to the right manager. That manager will often make sure that the CM's fellow cast members in that section know about the praise you gave the CM, and it will definitely go into their personnel file. It can be helpful when a CM's looking to transfer or get promoted, etc, and definitely can make the CM's day.
