CM lanyard pins

Is there a site where I can view what is currently being displayed on CM's lanyards at WDW? I never seem to find them, but I'd like to be "in the know".

I never seem to find them either! But if you go to Pinpics and put in a search for

Cast Lanyard Series

and make sure you check off Walt Disney World so you don't get the ones from DLR too.

If you go to the end of the list, it will show what I think is the most current ones released.

I know at the pin event in September they plan to start introducing the next series.

I'm new to pin collecting and I won't even call myself a trader yet since I haven't even done any (I just got my first pin and should have more rolling in over the next week). My question about CM lanyard pins is are they desirable traders? I just won an eBay auction for a "lot" of these with the intention that these will be a good starting point for pins to use in trading. I thought these might be a good choice since they're not as easily obtained as those one can purchase oneself. Please let me know if I'm assuming incorrectly on this. Also, in determining a maximum bid for them, I used what I think is a conservative "value" of $3 each. I know most that can be bought by the public range from $6.50 to $12.00 but wanted to be on the low side in case these aren't as desirable as I hope. Does that seem a reasonable estimated price?

BTW - Thanks to this forum, I knew to check pinpics.com before I started bidding. All of the pins are on that site and listed as CM trades only.

Check this link out. It is the official Disney pin site and has a checklist of the Series 2 Lanyard pins. Note that you also have a Series 1 as well.

I saw some #3 series pins on Pinpics (LOVE the princesses!). Question...how common are these pins on CM's lanyards, as that is the only people we trade with. Last year, I was probably unaware of them, but DD4 got a lanyard pin on her own...I don't recall seeing any. Also never saw any green lanyards that are spoken of just for the kids.
