CM Just told me "none available....."

I called to apply the code to my 11/26-12/3 stay and first off the cm didn't know there was a code....I asked her to go check and she came back and said oh yes one came out this morning but, we have been open since 7am and they are all sold out. I said at all resorts and she said yes nothing is available. So, anyway I come on here and see that I can check it online....so, I do and it shows that it is available. I have called back and spoken with another cast member, who was very knowledgeable and helpful and am proud to announce that they are not sold out and that while my original cost was around $1072 it is now $851 with an extra day Park hopper thrown on. So the moral of this story is....always call them back if you think something is not right about what you are being told. :wave2:
 
That's great ! :Pinkbounc I got a great CM around 8:40 central time this morning. He got everything set up for me and then canceled my room only ressie (still at the WL) :)

That is what my TA told me. Can't they just add the code to the already existing res??? It doesn't seem like it would be that hard :crazy2:

I'm thinking about calling them direct again and asking why it can't just be added.

I asked about that when I called this morning. I was told that a room only was under different guidelines and cancellation policies than a package. So, I booked the package w/tickets and then the CM canceled my room only ressie for me.

Do you mean the discount is not available for your resort/dates? The idea of the code is to fill empty rooms. If the resort is full, why would they lower the price on your existing reservation?
