We made our first trip ever to Disney in December 2006. Every single CM we came in contact with was just great, but the one that we remember most is Felicia, from American Adventure in World Showcase in Epcot.
As we walked around World Showcase we met her in American Adventure... Our DS wanted to try to trade a pin (his very first ever pin trade) because she had a Pluto pin (he is a HUGE Pluto fan) and he spoke to her. She was so nice, and as she was talking to him we told her it was his first ever trade and that in fact it was our very first trip to Disney. She stopped talking to us told us to wait and not leave. As a matter of fact she asked another CM to keep us there and not let us leave. Well at that point we thought we did something wrong. She came back about 10 minutes later with another CM who we assumed to be a manager. Felicia and the manager presented DS with a Certificate and a Disney Pin Trading Medallion for his lanyard, and she gave him the Pluto pin. It was just awesome!
We will never forget her, we have her pictures with our DS and I have made sure that I scrapbooked her too!
