CM didn't know about FITS pass for breakfast

Having just bought our Florida FUN IN THE SUN passes, on a whim this morning I tried calling to see if we could get a PS for Cinderella's breakfast. Imagine my AMAZEMENT - I got the last table on the day we wanted. I followed the directions on the Disney Restaurants thread, started at 6:55 and kept hitting the re-dial button till I got thru. I was so nervous I was almost stuttering trying to tell him the details.
:teeth:

PROBLEM though...the guy booking the PS didn't know about FITS and after putting me on hold to check, he came back and told me those passes are only good for DisneyLAND. :earseek:
Well my heart just about stopped. Not because the FITS includes a character breakfast and I was worried about paying extra for it, although that was a concern, but because I thought I'd just made a $1000.00 mistake and bought the wrong passes.

OK, I DID buy the right passes. But has anyone had this problem before and what do I have to do to prove my passes are for WDW and include a breakfast??????

Thanksprincess:
(my daughter just walked over and asked to see the princess smilie)

Your tickets should be fine. Since it is not a highly available ticket many CM's do not know about it as it is not marketed for US residents usually but Paramount does sell them to US residents.

As for the meal voucher. Many times those are bonuses supplied by the vendor and are not something encoded on the ticket. I am not sure on this specific one but it's usually a voucher that the vendor gives you.

I would not worry. You will just show the voucher when you have breakfast and you should be all set.

I do know that my breakfast vouchers from Paramount do not include CRT. If your does(listed on the back), then just show it at breakfast and you will have no problem.

The Fun in the Sun passes THEMSELVES do not include a character breakfast. I believe Paramount is supplying a separate breakfast voucher with their purchase. So the FITS passes have nothing to do with the breakfast. I hope you didn't lose your reservation while the CM was checking on the FITS passes. You will need to pay the deposit for Cindy's when you make the reservation and then when you go to pay your bill you just give them the vouchers. Make sure they credited you for your deposit. There has been some discussion of whether or not Cindy's is included on the voucher given with the FITS pass.

I got on Paramount's website, and couldn't find anything on FITS passes. How could I find out about them?

Thanks so much!!!

You have to call them directly as it's a pass that is not suppose to be marketed in the United States but they do have/sell them.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry I didn't get back to you all before now. Did you all enjoy your Memorial Day weekend?

The CM gave me a confirmation # for my PS and I gave him my credit card #. I'm going to email Rosa this morning to ask her advice and will post her reply here. I did not realise you got seperate vouchers to use for breakfast or lunch (duh). I'm certainly not going to cancel the PS if it's ot included, but will have to spend the day with my husband looking at my cross-eyed if we end up paying extra! LOL

If the voucher that comes with the FITS is the same one that comes with the 10 day pass, CRT and Crystal Place are both excluded.

I was told yesterday by Rosa at Paramount that the CRT is included. Maybe I am confused or didn't understand correctly.

Here's what they've told me by e-mail in answer to my questions.
