How does a person acquire copies of these?

Well, if you're a CMC, you can buy them for about $2.50 for 20 or so. Often my CMC hands them out at crops, events, or classes.

I've also seen these for sale on e-bay. Some "lots" fetch quite a lot of $$. Ask your CM if she has any extras--hopefully she'll just give them to you.
