Ok, so I called this morning to see if there was anything available for the WL w/ the AP discount. I at first thought had a great CM. I told her that I had a hold for the POFQ, but I wanted to see if there was anything for the same dates at WL. She said yes and gave me the price. Then she said she couldn't give it me b/c I didn't have an active AP in the system. I said I know, but it would be when we check in. She proceed to go on about how she could lose her job if she gave me this discount and how others don't care they just want to make a sale. That she lives by herself and if she were to lose her job she would have no one to take care of her. I was very nice to her b/c I wanted the discount. I explained that I understand b/c if Dh or I lost our job we would be in serious financial trouble. She said she would do it but that she would make a note that the AP would have to be bought w/in 24 hrs. Ok, what ever. Well my phone cut out. I called right back and this time got a wonderful CM. The 1st lady didn't even have me for the right dates. The new one got rid of all of the old stuff and booked the WL with the code. She was wonderful. We had a great conversation. She didn't mention anything about having to purchase the AP w/in 24 hrs. Our plan was to buy it at the Airport so it would already be active when we cjeck in and we can head straight to the parks. I'm glad that I got cut off. Has anyone ever had an experience like this with a CM?
