This is our first time visiting the parks in January (we usually go the first two weeks of December). We’ll be going to Orlando from Dec 30 (I know, the crowds) to Jan 15. We have 7 day tickets for WDW and 4 days tickets for Universal and IoA. We probably won’t use all the days for Universal. The thing is, if it was your trip, what days will you suggest for each park? What can we do (not WDW related, from the 30 to Jan 1)?

I’m usually the one that plans our vacations, but I left it all in the hands of my DSIL and DB and they just told me they don’t have a clue. How are the crowds during those dates?

if it were my trip i'd sign up for tourguidemike and see what days he recommends where and use that as my base planning guide... i would avoid US/IOA on weekends 'cause it gets a bit out of control (unless you like all that grubbin' and boozin'! LOL!)... and probably lay low/hang at my resort, visit other resorts, etc for the first few days 'til the crowds go home :)

Good idea! Who wouldnt love feeding a dolphin, or doing the backstage antartic tour (penguins). I dont even like to look at fish usually, but I like SW!!! :goodvibes

Sea World it's a great idea!! The last time I went there was in Dec 2002, no lines, no crowds and Kraken!!

What parks are the least crowded during the weekends?
