At the hard rock last month we were supposed to have club access on our check out day and didn't. I'm assuming if we had gone to the front desk and said something they would have fixed it but we hung out in the front lobby for awhile instead.

once you check out, you would need another hotel key in order to reach the 7th floor.

next time make the arrangements at the front desk before you check out of the hotel.
