We have a trip planned next week for 1 day at the park and happen to have a reservation for Club33. After reading the boards here, it seems prudent to get into the park during Magic Morning hours. Does anyone know if it's possible for us to pick up the tickets at guest relations the night before or even before MM hours? What time does guest relations open & close during the weekday? We are staying at Disney hotel if that helps.

If you are staying at a Disney hotel and they are having a Magic Morning then you are able to go into the park one hour before it opens by showing your room key at the Magic Morning gate (with your ticket into the park, of course). There is not a special ticket for MM. Have fun! :goodvibes

Every time I've ever dealt comp tickets, they needed to be picked up the day of the visit. Even with multiple consecutive days, I have to go each morning to get them from Guest Relations so getting them the day before is probably not an option. I would expect Guest Relations to be open in plenty of time for you to get your tickets and take advantage of Magic Morning (assuming the tickets include MM). I couldn't find any specific information about GR hours, though, so you may want to call 714-781-7290 to confirm.

When we were there the booth to pick up the tickets that came with the reservation was not open until after MM. You can not check in the day before. You could check what the hours are to be for that booth the day before so you would know before you set out.
