Is there any realistic chance that Club Villain could or will stay open through the Summer?

We are going 6/15-6/20 and the Wife REALLY wants to go. But I am not confidant it will continue past the current stop date (I think May 28th).

Certainly couldn't say for certain until they announce, but IMHO, unless they have something to replace it with, it will continue.

Has anyone heard anything about extending Club Villain into the summer?

My kids are dying to go there and we will be in Disney at the end of August.

Fingers crossed!

It would also be a nice compliment to MNSSHP and Food & Wine, many of the same demographics would book it.

When I first looked at it in January bookings only went through the end of February, then they extended it and we were able to go at the end of March so there's at least a chance since they've extended it once already. Hope they do extend it. We had a great time and the food/drink offerings plus the entertainment and photo ops were worth the price for us.

I was also hoping that this would be extended (we are going June 9th), but as we get closer to June and no dates have been announced... I am losing hope.

I read on another thread that it appeared the set might be getting broken down:

at this point you just have to laugh not to cry...on the HUB I saw that starting May Club Villain is being tore down/loaded out so it's not looking good for an extension
Just to be clear not the actual Sunset Showcase building just the show is being torn down/loaded out

I hope not!

You would think they would at least have it around for the Halloween season.

Honestly I would not be surprised to see it back in the fall. The Halloween and Food & Wine guests are their best demographic.

While the whole point of a FLEX theater is be able to do something different on different nights, it may be that keeping things more exclusive will work better for DHS. I certainly could see a SW themed event this summer to attract the families/fans of SW into the park or something more child/family oriented. Then flip it again in the fall.
