Club Villain

DD9 and I are officially booked for September 9th at 8:30! Plunking down the money for it hurt a little, but I am looking forward to it :)

Edited to add: For those who went to this event a few months ago...did they mail you a ticket like they do for MNSSHP? Or did you only get the confirmation email?

Only a confirmation email - it's considered a dining reservation, not an event like MNSSHP. Have a great time!

We won't be able to attend since it's the last night of our vacation and we have other plans that evening. But, we were planning on a half day at DHS on Saturday, September 17th. Does this event affect the crowd level at the park in the morning and early afternoon?

for those have been to club villain, should i also make a dinner reservation that night or is there enough food to make a small dinner at the party?

For my family, it was enough for a regular dinner. It was served buffet style, so everyone could help themselves to what they wanted. There was a salad, meat, rice, veggies, and plenty of desserts. We were full well before the event was even over.

Whoever was saying that shouldn't have, it's bad show. They do want to clear the venue ASAP after the event has officially ended, so the event staff is encouraged to get guests to exit. WDW Transportation will not refuse to take Guests back to their resorts. Buses are supposed to be staged and will operate until the park is clear of all Guests, no matter how late.

This is true. My husband and I were one of the last guests to leave the club -- we'd been talking with the cast members after everything ended. And then my husband can't possibly be in a completely deserted park and NOT take photos, but we had no problem getting a Disney bus back to our resort, even though there were just a handful of guests left.

How is CV for 2-4yr olds?

It's fine! There were a handful of littles at our show in February. They all seemed to have a blast! The CMs can bring you more kid-friendly fare for them to eat and the villains themselves are great with kids! The only PG-13 piece is the dancers in the show -- but it's nothing you wouldn't see in a regular pop music video.

I wish I'd known this when we went in April! My DD did at least try the food offerings, but didn't care for much other than the beef and the bread pudding. At least I know now if we go again - thanks for the heads up!

DD9 is a picky eater, so I plan on getting her food before we go to CV. She can eat some things if she wants while we are at the party, but if she doesn't like anything, that is okay because she already ate :) I am sure she will fill up on desserts there lol

I hope you are able to go! Sounds like such a good time!

Oh My Goodness!!! So thrilled to have just booked Club Villain for 8:30pm on 16th September!! We disembark from the Disney Dream that morning after a 4 day cruise and we originally planned to have dinner at our resort (Port Orleans) but when I saw the reviews for this I just couldn't say no. We don't really celebrate Halloween in Australia so we're trying to soak up as much of the Halloween activities as possible on our trip. We also have MNSSHP booked for the 18th September, so really just cramming in as many unique experiences as we can.

Does anyone know how the seating is determined? Is it assigned based on when you booked the event or is it first come, first serve?
