I have heard march has been canceled yes.So when this first showed up on Disney's website, there were March dates available, but when I tried to book, it said 90 days out. So I had a reminder on my calendar to try this coming weekend. Now I read somewhere that the March events were canceled? Does anyone know if this is true? If so, that's really crappy to just have the event for 6 nights...

I just got off the phone with Disney Dinning they said that as of right now they are still taking reservations for march.
Wow. What a crappy thing to do. I'm sure they have their reasons, but if you're going to do something like that, then post the days of the event from the beginning! January 16th-February 27th, Saturday nights only! Not have people book for March and then it gets canceled! I saw that @TISHLOVESDISNEY booked for March 12th (Same day I was hoping to get as my birthday is the 11th) and all she got after being told it was canceled was FPs?!? That's asinine. I'm sorry, but FPs wouldn't have cut it for me.
At a guess it didn't pre-sell like they were hoping. Part of it is the very poor description which doesn't really say exactly what you get our how long it will last.
I'm guessing they reduced the number of showings and wanted to get it out there and get responses from guests. Positive response could drum up interest and then they would add more of them.

I called DD right before my original post and the CM was pretty unhelpful. Everything she told me I could see on the website. I asked if they dates for March got canceled and she just told me there was nothing in March to even select. I said, I know that, I can see that online...that's why I called to ask...
Haha ya sometime you get really unhelpful people. however hotel any that i got was amazing! she told me that if they are selling well they are going to keep it. Happy birthday anyway and i would have to say 50s prime time is the next best. I think that is where I will be going for my birthday in may!
Oh I absolutely love 50's Prime Time!!! It's one of my top 5 places to go when I'm in the bubble.
I love it as well. I think my friends and I are going t Disney bound as the inside out characters but more like 50s style.
If you do so, take lots of pics and of course, if you're willing to, share them with us! That sounds super cute!!!
Haha oh we wil be I'm going to do a pre trip report and a trip report when I get back... also when I figure out how to post photos on here lol.

I also wonder if they will be using this theater for something else at some point as well. The plans for DHS are changing all the time.Agree, especially with all the work they put in to it. We all know there are tons of Villains fans that would pay for this. Considering a dessert party is $69 and this is only $30 more with addition of dinner, a show and meet & greets ... I think it's a good value (on Disney scale).
I wonder if the uproar over no SWW has caused a few adjustments to "the plan" and this is just a temporary stop. I hope so, based on info so far this is one of the best extra events they have offered.
