I just booked HRH for a conference in Orlando and my confirmation for my room looks like this:

Room Type
Club Room, 1 King Bed


Does this mean I'm in a Club-Level (Concierge Level) room??

If so, looks like it will be a great week.

Can anyone share the perks of staying Club Level with me? Like, fitness club included? Internet access? What are the "snacks" like? Any other perks I can look forward to?

Yes, that's club level! Sometimes when companies book a conference it's actually cheaper for them to book all club level rooms. Then they don't have to book a hospitality suite. I know this is the case for us next week when we stay at the Hyatt in Bonita. You can use the fitness club, you will get continental breakfast, NA beverages all day, afternoon happy hour with wine & Beer and two or three appetizers, dessert hour, snacks are usually chips,fruit, nuts or something like that. Have fun!
