The same thing kept happening to me from Friday until yesterday until it finally worked. I called DCL and the IT department said they are having a lot of problems and it may take 2 weeks to get everything straighten out but to keep checking and hopefully it'll work. They person I talked to said Firefox is best to use followed by MS Explorer but to not use Safari at all.
Granted I booked my cruise 2 weeks out and wasn't really expecting to get anything it was still frustrating to not get to check in or anything but thankfully yesterday afternoon it finally all went through. Hope it goes smoothly for you.

I usually use Firefox. I've also tried IE. We don't sail until March so I just keep checking to see if it's working, but I may give them a call if we get to the beginning of March and I still don't have the link.

Mine eventually switched to "registered". My check in date was January 1. The link to register for the kids club wasn't available that night and wasn't available for at least a couple weeks. It finally appeared but when I put the info in, it still said "not registered." I tried to register my daughter at least a half dozen times. I finally gave up because it wouldn't change to "registered", but when I checked my account just a couple weeks ago, more than a month after I'd last tried to register, it finally read "registered". So keep checking. It might still change for you.

I had the same problem. I ended up calling Disney and they confirmed the kids were registered even though the page said they were not. As stated above, one day I went back in and it had changed to registered.
