club level

Agree with posters who found HRH club level staff to be unfriendly, unpleasant and unhelpful. Wouldn't bother staying club level at HRH again even on a cheap upgrade. Nothing like concierge at Disney hotels.

I decided to try emailing the ressie dept. about the bdays will be celebrating when at the PBH. I got a prompt and nice response that he noted the bdays on the ressie and gave some suggestions on where to call if I wanted to celebrate somewhere in the park as well. I guess I will see what's awaiting us when we go down there!

raz5- Please let us know what happened for the bd's when you got down there. I would really love to hear what happened.

RyGuy is correct about Universal Vacations. I booked through them last year and the 7 nights I stayed were not considered for Loew's "qualified" stay because UV is a "third party" and not connected to Loew's at all. (After some phone calls, confirm. faxes, etc. after I got home, Loew's was nice enough to go ahead and count the stay as "qualified") I did get the milk and cookies, newspaper, etc. as a Loew's member though. I was also able to pay $35 extra at the time I booked to upgrade to club level.

I will certainly let you know what awaits us with the b days!!!Going soon...can't wait

Well...we had a great time...but nothing happened for the bdays!
I have posted a trip report on that board.
