We are planning an early November visit, and thinking maybe club level. But we will have two rooms (total 4 travelers). If we book one club room can the others access it with us? (Given that each room usually sleeps more than two people). Can do two club, but obviously happy to make a saving where we can.

Each person is supposed to only be listed in their own room. Thus, each room would need to have Club level access. With 2 people, you will have 2 keys. And at times when they are checking keys, everyone would need to show keys on entry. This doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen during busy times.

We have booked a suite and then you only pay one club level fee for everyone in the suite (because as you said, the fee is per room, not per person). We had 6 in the suite, so the Club Level was not too much when spread over 6 people.

If you listed them on your room, to get 4 keys to the lounge, not sure how that would work with them also having a room. I guess you could list 2 “dummy” guests on your room, to get the 4 keys, but some would find that against “the rules” I guess.

So you could price out a 2 bedroom suite as well.
