club level question

so my wife and i are checking into boardwalk for one night on our dvc points in a regular studio. the next day, we're checking out of the studio
and into a club level room for just one night. my question is, at what point are we allowed into the club level? once we check out of the regular studio at 11am? once we receive our text msg that our club level room is ready? at 4pm when check in is normally scheduled?
also, once we check out of the club level room, how late are we eligible to enter the club lounge? i've heard we have access for the entire day after checking out, is that true? thank you all for your help

You have access all day to the lounge. I’m not sure of the exact opening time of the lounge at BWI (typically the lounges open at 6:30 for coffee and breakfast opens at 7)… so you’ll be able head over whenever you want after you check out! You can use the lounge the following day until it closes, typically 10:00 pm. Enjoy it!!

You can check into the club lounge as soon as you check out of the studio. You have access to the lounge until it closes that night.

great thank you. its our first time doing club level. i know each resort's entrance is different. at boardwalk, do the elevators have the scanner for our magicbands to scan us to the club floor?

No, at BW, Innkeeper’s Club is on the 4th floor. Anyone can access the fourth floor. You will need to exit the elevator to the right, take a right down the hall to the club desk where there should be someone to welcome you. If someone is not there, or if the CM is occupied, this is where you will scan your magic band to be let in the club level area.
