This is our first experience with club level service. Where do i begin? Who do i contact for help with dinner reservations, fast pass etc??? Thanks for your help.
That is outdated information. About 6 months ago, the Itinerary Planning Office changed to Disney Signature Service. They basically can assist with ADRs and booking tours. They no longer book Fast Passes or assist with special celebrations etc. They are a centralized group and not affiliated with a particular resort any longer.
I'd suggest you pop over to the CL thread and ask there, you'll get lots of help. But in short, with a CL reservation you have access to Disney Signature Services (DSS) who can assist with a variety of planning needs. As PP's have suggested they can't do much you can't otherwise do yourself, but it's a nice service to have and can be very convenient for certain things, such as noting room requests on reservations, booking more obscure things like cabanas, etc. Or they can do ADRs if you don't feel like messing with it yourself.
