Hello fellow DISers....Can someone explain "Club Level" to me? Is it worth it? We will be staying a couple of nights at Animal Kingdom and allot of nights at BWV...any info you can give me or point me to a website with info...would be greatly appreciated!!!

Have a Disney Day :)

Club level is also known as Concierge. There are only Concierge villas located at Jambo House at AKV on the sixth floor. They happen to be on the same floor as the Concierge Lounge, so they have concierge benefits. There are five two bedroom lockoffs on the sixth floor - three on the Sunset Savanna (with the savanna view partially blocked by the roof overhang) and two with a pool view. At least one is handicap accessible. They are difficult to get unless you book them at 11 months out. Not impossible because some guests have reported getting that reservation at less than 11 months out.

The concierge lounge will offer snacks, beverages and other offerings throughout the day. There is no extra charge for those if you have reserved the Club or Concierge level lodging.

None of the other DVC resorts have concierge level villas. But they may have a desk in the main lobby labeled Concierge. Those staff are there to help you purchase tickets, make dining reservations, tell you about activities at WDW.

Hello! We have stayed on Club Level at AKV a few times and in fact will be doing so again next month!

The main thing you get at Club Level is free food and drink. Several times a day they put out food. There is plenty for a good breakfast each day (especially if you love quinoa as we do!) and snacks the rest of the time.

Here are the offreings:
Macheo (Sunrise Offerings)
6:30 am coffee and assorted juices
Miamko (Adventurous Awakenings)
7:00am - 10:30am Assortment of fresh fruits, juices, pastries and cereals
Vitafunio (Safari Snacks)
11:30am - 3:00pm snacks and beverages
Chai (Afternoon Tea)
3:00pm - 4:30pm teas, scones, cookies and biscuits
Kisikusiku (Twilight Offerings)
5:00pm - 7:00pm Wines, hors d'oeuvres, appetizers from Jiko and Boma
Rehema (Evening Indulgences)
8:00pm - 10:00pm desserts and cordials

You can get quite a bit of food if you want - we mainly took advantage of breakfast. I don't think we ever went out to eat in the mornings!

Also, there is the Sunrise Safari in AK exclusively for Club Level guests (for an additional fee ($65 for adults) that does a slower ride through Kilimanjaro and then has a breakfast buffet (we are doing that this time) and there is a discount on the Wanyama Safari that goes through the AKL grounds itself and winds up with a dinner that's basically the entire menu of Jiko. We've done that and it is fantastic! Any guest at AKL/AKV can book Wanyama, but Club Level gets a slightly lower price (at least we did).

You have Conceirge staff too who can make all of your other ADR's for you. You just let them know what you want (you usually get an email from them before the trip) and they take care of it and send you a consolidated itinerary.

In our case, Club Level was 8 points more than a Savanna View Studio for our stay 7/9-13. For us, that's absolutely worth it! You also get daily mousekeeping, which is nice. Note you might not get a savanna view, but we generally have. We were once placed on the floor below the Club Level, but we still had access to the lounge and daily mousekeeping (although they forgot the first day!).

there are alot of sites out there. Try Kilimanjaro Club concierge Accommodations

This is terrific..thank you so much for all of this useful info! I greatly appreciate it!

Have a Disney Day :)
