Club Level and ADR help

We have a club level DVC room booked in November in AKV. Approaching our ADR date. Haven't heard from IPO to help with resies. Should I have already? How do I contact them? Thank you!

Call Member Services to get the contact info.

That said, my recommendation for ADRs is to try to make them yourself on your 180 day, and then invoke IPO to help you shift times or get things you didn't get yourself. IPO doesn't get early access or seats held for them, and they won't be online at 6AM making your ADRs.

Right.

Try to do your own booking, then get IPO to help with anything you didn't get on the first try.

My 180 day opened today and I had not heard from IPO so I just made my ADRs myself. I would have anyway since I'm OCD. Sure enough later in the morning I got my email with all the concierge on my info & questioner. So I would expect to hear from them at 180 days unless you contact them first. I felt there was no need. I'm planning to use them for my F&WF bookings whenever that info finally comes out!
