Club Level Access

Hi ! I am booked in a club level room at the HRH for August, just wondering how it is accessed? With our keys? If you are already in your room, do you need to take your key to the lounge in order to get in? Is there people there checking for your key to see if you belong in the lounge?

Hi. You will get another special key for the club door. That means you carry the room key, club key, park tix and FOTL pass. We used lanyards

They only gave out two keys for the adults. We had to coordinate who/when went down when the 3 kids wanted to go get a snack. Or they went in first and I texted them on the inside to let me in when I knocked.

Oh, so my kids that are 15 & 16 won't get their own club key if they wanted to go in and get something without me?

Well honestly, I didn't ask the front desk for more keys than they gave me. So there is no harm in you asking for one for each family member.

Otherwise, you can let the teens have a key and keep one with the adults. It is only an issue you all four of you are going separate directions at the same time.

FWIW, my Son (16) asked for my key in the morning to go down so I gave it to him. My DD12 asked wifey separately around the same time (she figured I had mine with me). By the time wife & I walked down to join them, we realized neither of us had a key. So we texted them to let us in. No big deal.
