Club ID and Validation Code Resale

Hi, I was wondering when I will get my club ID and validation code. I have already received my member number(by calling DVC) and got an initial packet from Disney, but it had none of this information in it, just a sample contract and a book/brochure thing. Thanks in advance!
 
I want to help, but don't know what you are talking about. What is club ID and validation code?

To book or use your membership, all you use is your member number.
What do you mean they sent you a sample contract? You must have closed to have your member number, so should also have your REAL contract.

Maybe you could clarify what you mean, are asking.
 
If you know you've closed and the deed has been recorded, call Disney and ask for the info for dvcmember.com. That's what I had to do. We never got anything from Disney saying we closed (and we even bought direct from disney) and never got our code for online so I had to call.
 
Yes, just call MS. They can help you get set up for the Members' Website.
 

Yep, member services gave me instructions and gave me my ID and access code. My points took 8 days to be loaded into the system...booked our first reservation yesterday, and logged into the system too!

We received our membership cards about 3 weeks after closing.
 
My account somehow got messed up over the weekend, and I couldn't log in, nor could I reset my password. Had to call Member Services to fix it for me. For those, like me, who are wondering which menu options to use on the 800 number, web site questions go to:

Option 1: Member Services, then
Option 7: dvcmember.com technical support
