Club 33..?

Hello. Super new here, and trying anything I can in order to fulfil a lifelong dream my significant other has had. She would like to experience Club 33 in WDW prior to Jan 23 next year when she turns 34, essentially going to Club 33 while she's still 33. We usually travel to Walt Disney World a couple times a year and she has expressed for years that this is something that she wants. Recently we both went to Disneyland for the first time, and she got to talking to someone about Club 33 and has now made it her business to try anything within her power, and I'm trying to help as I can. If anyone has any advice how I can go about having that dream become a reality I would greatly appreciate it. I’ve heard that members are able to reserve days for others, not sure how true that is. Thank you in advance!!
