Yes they do. The view is not great.

There are very tall trees and light fixtures that rise into the air for the show, the view does seem to be obstructed. Of course if I was lucky enough to dine at C33 I'd step onto the balcony just to say I did.

I have been lucky enugh to have had lunch there a few times. It is a very special place.

The F view is not good but i just sat out there for at least a 1/2 hour the last time we had dinner there just to people watch and listen to the night music, very special.
