I would seriously doubt it. YOu'd have to be angled just right, and even then anything you saw would be very obscured due to the other buildings in NOS.
But if you can manage to get dreamed and win the Dream Suite, then you'll have a great view then!!

Now that would be 1 in a million to win the dream suite on the same night I go to club 33! Probably more like a trillion! But it is a nice day dream, though!
Mickey spent a good bit of time with us while we dined in Club 33. It seems he couldn't resist taking a quick "peek" out at the square below! The waiter and busboy fussed at him, though. Seems he is definitely NOT allowed to do that... someone might notice him being there when he is supposed to be somewhere else in DL at that moment. They said DL is very strict about maintaining that at all times. He can never be *visible* in 2 places in the park.
You can go onto the balcony to watch Fantasmic, but it's really hard to see because of all the trees. You kind of have to bend down and even then the view is not fabulous. Not too many people went out there to watch when I was there.
We were sitting next to the door and the most annoying thing was people kept going out onto the balcony, but not closing the door securely after them so it would fling open. It's a tricky handle, true, but I think if you're going to use a door which is next to other guests, make sure you don't bother those guests as you pass and make sure the door is closed. This was in December and it was pretty chilly!
The amount of character interaction during brunch at Club 33 was one of the best things about it. I dont think I've ever seen Mickey so much. He must have come by our table no less than 10 times just to say hi....
