I so appreciate all that I've learned from all the people here on the Disboards.

Here's my question :

I see there is a posting on Craigslist / Los Angeles (don't know if I'm supposed to put the link on, so I'll give details and you can find it easy).
Craigslist / Los Angeles / Club 33 Disneyland, Feb 19th date.

Do you think it legitimate ?

Do they even serve breakfast at Walts apartment ?

My Mom's 82 birthday is next month and lunch at Club 33 is on her "bucket list".

Thanks in advance for your input.....

I didn't look for the post, but Club 33 isn't Walt's apartment, and so far as I know meals are never served in his apartment. Various tours take you in there, but no meals are served.

Thanks for your reply.

I hadn't heard of breakfast or meals at Walts apartment, so that made me suspicious.

Looks like it is stating a breakfast in the apartment and then heading to club 33. I googled "exclusive breakfast in Walts apartment" and came up with posts on another disney chat board from late last year. They posted pictures along with a trip report. They said they had just had that experience and were going to book it again and was looking for people to join to help break up the cost. Wording sounded similar to the craigslist post so might be the same person.

I've never heard of this. I would be leery if anything not officially advertised by Disney. Hopefully you get some replies on here by people that are club 33 members that maybe have heard of this.

That's interesting.........

I think I'll stay clear of the listing and continue to Dream : )

The club has strict rules against selling access to Club 33, so if the CL listing was soliciting money, then it would be against Club rules, and thus very risky. I would avoid it.

There was at least one exception to this rule, but it was at least some way sanctioned by the club because all proceeds raised when to the Boys and Girls club, of which, Disney his a huge contributor to.
