Closure Info

The old (official) Disneyland site used to have closure info available months in advance. Unless I am looking wrong, I can't find it, now! We are going in October and I just saw on a thread that Pirates might be closed. Does anyone know where to find info on closures for later in the year? And why would DL close one of its more popular rides during the anniversary year?

I can't tell you where to look, but I read some more posts on it that said it would be down from the end of September until November. We are going in October as well.

I wonder if I called if they would tell us if it will be closed. I am really hoping it's just a rumor! It is a popular ride to be closed during the 50th! There is the story going around that they are changing it to be like the movie, though...
