Do you have to be in Florida to close or can you do it from home?

You can from home, or wherever you have the ability to sign the documents and send them back. We didn't need to notarized either, paid cash. I think I read that financed contract point documents need notarized.

We live in NC. They emailed us the forms, we filled them out. Got a cashiers check, and sent them all in a priority flat rate envelope. Didn't have to close in person. This was just in December, so very recent.
