Closing Times of FW CS Restaurants

I know that a lot of FW closes before the WS. Does anyone know what the closing time is for Sunshine Seasons and the Electric Umbrella? TIA

Not sure exactly, but 2 weeks ago, we noticed Electric Umbrella still open around 8pm (when the rest of FW had already closed).

Sunshine Seasons is definitely open during Epcot EMH evenings. We ate there in January around 8 PM. I think they were open well past that time too.

If you find yourselves stuck in FW at lunch/dinner time, grab a slice of pizza (disney pizza **sigh**) at the spot outside of Test Track. Not usually a big line here.
