Closing times for QS

I am curious if there is any way of knowing when the QS/CS restaurants will close for the evening and which ones are open during EMH's.

I am asking because I read on someone's review that they wanted to eat at a certain QS place at MK and by the time they got there it was closed down, although the park wasn't closing for several hours, due to EMH. I want to make sure I plan accordingly for food when I am at MK for pm EMH. (I love popcorn and junkfood, but I may want something more substantial.) I remember seeing a few places open at EPCOT during pm EMH, but not all.

Also I am planning on having breakfast at Sunshine Seasons on an am EMH day. I am wondering if they open at 8am or 9am? It has become my ritual to eat breakfast there after riding Soarin.

Would this info be on the Times guide?
