Closing timeline

I just passed rofr on one contract and I am 8 days into rofr on another . They told me they can close within a week and then I have to wait around 30
Days for Disney to set up my account .

My question is that will it be a shorter timetable for Disney for the second contract since Disney will have already set up my account ?

Nope…new and current owners timelines are the same because the process is the same.
