Again, we are super happy with the service from Cammy at DVC Title and Escrow. I don’t think it could have moved any faster; everything clicked right along. We wired the funds the morning after we signed closing documents. The sellers completed their tasks in lockstep, it seems.

( we used dvcresale & Magic V.Title as well)

I'm not concerned about the delay with Disney/points- but I expected 1-2 days max for Deed recording and I'm 8 days past closing with no Recording notification

I got a notification from the "magic" company that my contract closed 2 full weeks after it closed.... Do not trust their notifications.

Look up the deed yourself and it if is not recorded call them.

I didn’t get anything notifying me of the deed recording. I just started watching for it on the OCC site after they notified me that the sale had closed.

Edit - Found it! Helps to read directions and put last name first! Update - And, not sure if I am using the link from the first post correctly to find out of my deed has been recorded because so far nothing in my name is found. I searched under the basic search and the Tax Deed Sales tab. Is that where I should see it? Closed on the 4th.

Update-

Originally I was concerned about the points showing up under the same membership number as I initiated a direct DVC purchase while ROFR was still ongoing for this resale contact. I'm happy to report that the resale contract shows up under the existing membership without any issue (titled exactly the same under a trust and same use year).
