My deed recorded on Fri Mar 8th and I just got the emails last night. I was shocked to get them on a Sunday, I had figured they would only go out on business days, so I had been thinking they would come today. It ended up being a nice surprise because I wasn't expecting it.

I’m an existing member and my deed closed the same day. Fingers crossed it shows on my dashboard soon.

I'm hoping today or tomorrow, mine was recorded on the 12th as well! I just want to be able to log in and start viewing availability, that'll give me something to do besides search for a second contract.

That’s what I’ve been doing except I have an actual trip to book in Sept. Now I get to wait for the points to be loaded….

I am planning on booking two rooms for one night in late June, depending on what's available. My sister's family is coming to visit and we're planning on doing a MK day and spending one night so they can test the waters with their kids before booking a big Dis trip. I want to use as few of our points as possible, but being a party of 9 means that two studios is probably the cheapest route.

ROFR only took 13 days which is great. Receiving our closing docs took 12 days. Yep, M V T took nearly as long to send out our docs as it did for ROFR to process/pass. I was told M V T had let several processors go the week before and ours was out of the office at some point during that time. So some contracts' docs at that title company were taking 2-3 days while ours took 12. Not the end of the world (despite my claims otherwise during the process, jk), but communication was weak from M V T.

Post mortem, I would definitely use Andy Berry again at DVCRM but wouldn't give my money to M V T again.

Any of the experts around here know if/how today's system outage affect Disney issuing ROFR notices? My resale contract was only sent to ROFR yesterday, so I'm not expecting to hear today anyway, but still curious since I assume it could cause a backlog.
