Perusing the thread for a few months now, all the Magic Vacation Title contracts seem to take about 3-4 weeks to get closing docs out.

I’ve gone through about 20 pages and I’m only seeing First Am for closing on Aulani. Are there any other choices? Is DVC Closing doing Hawai’i?

I was not offered an explanation when I reached out at the three week mark, just reminded it could take 30 days after ROFR for the documents. I am grateful the seller wasn't on vacation and didn't need time to return their documents because we might not have made it.

We are closing with Mason also ( as buyer) and have not been asked to notarize anything...

Still waiting to pass ROFR on my Aulani contract. I asked my broker which title companies handled Aulani. He said I could utilize the following - TRCS Inc, Hayes Title or Duncan Title and Escrow. I ultimately went with Hayes seeing that old ROFR threads seemed to indicate they were reliable. Hope this helps.

Karen at Hayes Title (no website) is super easy and fast to work with. She’s closed two of my Aulani contracts and it has been a pleasure both times.

Congratulations! Did you just happen to check today and found the contract showing (like you haven’t been constantly hitting refresh like me )? Or have you been checking often and it suddenly appeared? I’m just curious if they work on this over the weekend, as I’m still waiting for mine to show up.
