Our escrow officer emailed today and said the sellers FINALLY got all their docs back to them! She says hope to able to close by the end of this week!

Contract showed up yesterday (existing member), have tried using the chat a few times and points still not ready to be loaded. Last time for me there was a one day delay, which seems to be the norm.

Has anyone else experienced more than the usual one day delay? Wonder if its even worth trying more than once per day

I have a very similar timeline! My BCV offer was made on 4/24, and closed yesterday. Working with masontitle.com, who used to be touted as a fast closer… We’re so close. Let’s hope the rest wraps up quickly! See you on Crescent Lake!

Mine showed up about 3 days later, but was backdated to day of closing. I think it just takes their website a few days to process.

I feel you! The wait has been grueling. The only fast things in my process were the buyer accepting my offer and recording the deed—the rest is much slower than what I see on others' posts. I was shocked to see my deed already on the site.

I now project about 10-11 weeks for the process. Honestly, this post and comments have been so informative. It is a mixed bag with resale! But I keep reminding myself I have about 200 more points than if I bought direct, which means more Disney time!

Yes! I closed on 6/5 and my deed wasn't recorded until 6/12. The wait is killing me. Keep checking my emails constantly for the Disney emails. Hopefully next week.
