Closing time for Tusker House??

Anyone know when Tusker House closes? Is it open pretty much till park closing? I'm looking at that for EMH night at AK and want to make sure it will be open. Really enjoyed our food there last time.

I believe it is park closing. I don't remember seeing it open during EMH

Last time we were there it closed at 3 pm. So that's rather early.

We were there for EMH in January and it closed (along with all the other restaraunts, except RFC) in the middle of the afternoon. We tried to find a place to eat right after the parade assuming that restaraunts would be open due to EMH, but nothing was open (again except for RFC).

Tusker House closed at 5:00 pm earlier this month when we were there.

For a week though the Time Guide said it closed at 5:30 so we went there at 5:15 to eat and it was already closed. We were hungary and annoyed that it closed before the time guide said, so we talked to a manager that had conflicting stories that either equipment was hard to keep going or the Time Guide was printed wrong. She stood by the guide was wrong and she had tried to keep open late but couldn't. Well that was the beginning of the week so the Time Guide said 5:30 for the whole week when it was really closing at 5:00. So don't trus the time guides but actually check the restaurant the day you plan on eating there.

For EMH nights I think the restarants might change that stay open later, but I think Flame Tree and Pizzafari stayed open later for us the night we did it (but not till park closing).

Yeah, I was afraid of that. AK choice's are so limited to begin with I was hoping they'd be open late. Don't want to be hungry and get stuck.

Oh, well, we'll try to eat before we head over there. Maybe we'll nap/swim, eat at POP and then go over.

Also be forewarned that it closes for about 30 minutes between breakfast and lunch.

During our visit last fall, it closed at 3. In May, I believe it was open until park closing.

When we were there in mid-April, Tusker House closed at 3:00. Pizzafari & Restaurantsaurus were open during the evening EMH.

I'm so glad I read this, we were planning to do Dinner at Tusker House before leaving the park for the day on a non-EMH night...that might not be a safe plan!!!
