Closing time at the parks, is it REALLY....

We are going to be at MK on Dec. 22, and the website listed it as closing at 11:00. Is that the time the rides stop running? Will the stores and snack shops be open later than that?

I thought I read somewhere that the shops along Main Street stayed open 1/2 later than closing time. Is that correct?

I haven't been during Christmas week (I will this year) but in all my other times to visit - you are correct. Rides will go up to official closing time and then Main Steet will be open up to 1/2 hour later to give people time to exit and make final purchases, etc.

Look for Mickey waving good-by as you leave the park. It was so cute that he was saying good-by to everyone last week. I have never seen him do that before.
