Closing questions..

I have a question. I got an email saying that they received my documents and the sellers and that they will notify when it's closed. My question is how long from the time they receive the documents to closing and what happens after that wondering what the process is?

It really varies. and the Holidays in the middle won't help you any. Once the closing is done, the deed will be recorded. you can find that on the orange Co recorders site. After the deed is recorded, it can take a few days to 2 weeks for the points to show up in your account. You will get your member number in the mail 2-4 weeks after the deed is recorded. many of us called to get our member number after 2 weeks with varying degrees of success. you need the member number to set up your online account to manage your reservations. you also need that number if you call member services to have them set up reservations for you.

Eventually you’ll get a letter in the mail with your member number and a second letter with the information required to set up your online account access. Some folks call and try to get their information over the phone, but please don’t bother those folks unless you actually need to book something immediately.

That's the whole thing I need to bank 2018 pts into 2019 or do i have to wait till August 1st thats my UYand I want to buy 25 direct before the prices go up on the 17th

on the records site what exactly do I need to put in for the info to search? Our names arent coming up with anything yet. We closed last friday

It took me a lloooonnnggg time to figure it out I think I went to tax deeds then I put our name i n the grantee spot and clicked search . A whole bunch of people with my last name came up and I found mine.
