Closing Question

I bought a resale of OKW points. The closing has the dues for 2008 included in the price I am to send to the closing company. I pay monthly draft for my other points. What should I do about this? I have no problem with the one time payment but I want next year to be monthly draft for all. Will Disney be confused when the points finally make it to my account? Surely they won't try and add on the extra dues to my monthly draft? I just wondered should I call them and let them know. I don't want to delay closing for this but I don't want Disney to have a problem.

IF the dues are included with the purchase, they should be sent in with the documentaion from the closing company and the new membership # and contract should inidcate that the 2008 dues are paid. When the closing is complete, verify with DVC that the dues have been paid. Next year you can change it over to monthly.
